President
Michael Neville is the President of
Midwest Career Staffing and currently runs the Chicago,
Dallas and Miami Operations.
He has been in recruiting for 12+ years on both the
Executive Search and Corporate side of the business.
Often regarded as a thought leader in the recruiting
industry, Michael has written several corporate policies and
has spoken at numerous recruiting conferences and events.
Mr. Neville has built best-in-class talent
acquisition functions from scratch and is often consulted
for his expertise around the recruitment process, applicant
tracking systems and use of strategic metrics.
While running Midwest Career Staffing,
Michael did a contract at TXU Corporation.
He headed up the recruiting for the New Build and
Power Group at TXU.
He was involved with creating policies and procedures for
the hiring metrics for plant level individuals.
He worked closely with the Director of the TXU
Academy to put the right people in place to start the
corporate training program.
Prior to joining Midwest Career Staffing,
Michael worked for Cima Consulting Group as the Director of
Recruiting. In this
role, Michael was responsible for recruiting PeopleSoft and
Oracle Professionals for the States and the Caribbean.
Cima Consulting Group was bought out by Adjoined
Consulting, which until the purchase, didn’t have a
PeopleSoft Group.
Mr. Neville grew the practice from 35 people to over 150
consultants in just under two years.
Before joining Cima Consulting Group,
Michael was a Partner for Chicago Search Group where he was
responsible for training and grooming all new recruiters at
CSG.
Mr. Neville’s career began in the
Executive Search industry working for a boutique firm, IZS
Executive Search.
Michael was consistently a top-performer and recognized with
numerous awards from both his employers as well as industry
groups.
Michael graduated from Purdue University
where he majored in Organization Leadership and Supervision.
He resides in Coral Springs, FL.
